At Australian Retirement Trust I identified a need for an online email building tool to help reduce the manual coding the team became accustomed to across all sub brands. I worked with other teams in the division to understand the business requirements and selected a solution fit for current and future state. I worked with my team to design, test, and implement the Litmus platform to work smoothly with our multiple mass mailing software packages. This has been in place for a couple years and has a proven reduction of time and costs, and allows internal teams to work more collaboratively.
