The merger of Sunsuper and QSuper created a natural fragmentation of branding for new members due to system migrations and duplicate martech. This provided an opportunity for to refresh the onboarding process to give new members a consistent and cohesive experience. Working in collaboration with marketing specialists, content specialists and risk and compliance ART has significantly improved their onboarding experience.
